I made a website for our community www.cameroncrossing.com a few months back but no one's really konwn about it. So I made and distributed a newsletter yesterday and so far so good. Hopefully it will be a friendly place for the community to interact and not just a place to rant about each other. |

News: Ultimate Mouse

I picked me up the Ultimate Mouse this week. It's the COOLEST MOUSE EVER! It's almost the exact same size as my sansa though ever so very slightly smaller in all dimensions, and feels like it's half the weight. So it's a light, tiny mouse. But it's also a multimedia keyboard. Yeah that's right, I can type with it. And it's a presentation mouse. I can use it on a desk like a normal mouse or pick it up and use it like a presentation remote. And since it's bluetooth I don't have to carry around an extra usb thing to use it. At $100 dollars it's not cheap, but for everything it does, that's an awesome deal. I may buy another on just to keep at home for our PS3 and media pc. Yeah it can control a ps3! Essentially it's a bluetooth, multimedia keyboard the size of an mp3 player. And the icing on the cake.... it's got a lazer. |

News: pseudo anniversary

We had our pseudo anniversary Saturday. July 26 2001 we had our wedding ceremony for everyone but of course we were already 6 months happily married. We still pseudo celebrate the event though. Elsa got me some balloons and a card and all my favorite junk food. The card had pseudo code expressing her affection for me. I loved it. I have the best wife ever. |

News: I got a dollar off my lunch

We went to Applebee's and they changed the price of soup and salad from 5.99 to 6.99 but it still said it was 5.99 for just a soup and salad not the unlimited soup and salad. But I got charged 6.99 so we talked to the waitress who said it was really 6.99 and the menu lies, but she talked to the manager and I got it for 5.99. Once again I have stood up for my rights, and stuck it to the man! I think I'll celebrate by spending the dollar on a pepsi. |

News: Back Home

We drove home at 0530 yesterday and arrived at 2110. We enjoyed this vacation, but we were glad to be home and not driving in the car! |

News: Day 4

We decided to stay indoors and went to Millenia Mall and Radio Shack. After it got cooler we went to the pool and spa. We enjoyed the pool and spa and went to it almost everyday. The kids loved it! |

News: Day 3

|
Day at the Beach! We went to New Smyrna Beach. We parked on the Beach and spent a couple hours digging holes, jumping in the water, running around in the water, and playing with sand. I definitely enjoyed the sounds of the ocean again. It should tide me over another year til we visit Guam. Elizabeth was terrified of the waves. They were quite big because of an incoming tropical storm. Matthew chased and ran after receding waves. He got knocked over by one and basically he decided he was done for the day. We went back to the hotel and ordered dinner in.. |

News: Day 2

We spent our day at Seaworld. We saw most of the animals and Shamu. Matthew was really cranky and tired so we went back to the hotel and played in the pool and hot tub to wind down before bed. Matthew's new favorite word is Turtle. Elizabeth was exhausted, she barely wanted to walk. We also went the mall nearby to watch a movie. We watched Hellboy 2. |

We went to Universal Studios. We didn't go into the park because it was expensive. We went to City Walk instead and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe. Matthew played in the water and got drenched, so we went to check in to our "hotel".. |

News: Road Trip

We headed off on Thursday night and drove 15 hours to Orlando, Florida. We drove through Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Not sure why the GPS chose that way. It was quite an interesting drive. Windy, hilly, and dark! We arrived at Orlando at noon. We rented a 2 bedroom condo, that we were happy to have. Basically it is a condo and is like having a home to go back to. Complete with kitchen and laundry appliances. |
